Oceanview Units and Amenities

The Garlands offers 20 tastefully furnished, fully equipped condominiums, all with all-to-wall carpeting, color cable television, telephones, linens, fully equipped kitchens, daily maid service and of course, use of our private beach.

Sixteen of our 20 units (#1-16) are Oceanview, which include a comfortable oceanview living room with a slider that walks out onto a deck. These units have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds and a fully ceramic tiled bath. The kitchens are fully equipped with a stove, under-counter refrigerator and microwave.

The four remaining units are VIP Oceanfront units (A-D). Units A & B are very private direct oceanfront units at the end of the West Building. They have two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and full bath.

Units C & D are also direct oceanfront units at the end of the East Building. They have one bedroom, a separate living room with sleep-sofa, kitchen and full bath.

Units accommodate four persons, except C & D which accommodates three persons.
