• Rates are for 2 persons - each extra person: $10.00 per day.
• An additional charge of $10/day for May 22-24 and October 9-11
• Rates do not include Massachusetts and Local Excise Tax
• A 25% deposit for each week is required at time of reservation.
• Balance due on arrival at Check-In
• We accept credit cards, checks, cash and traveler's checks only.
• Children age 5 years and older are welcome.
• Pets or grills are not allowed, kennels are located nearby.
• One parking space per unit. Extra parking space can be arranged in advance; a $3/day charge applies from June 1-September 17.
• No refund for early departures.
• Check-in 2 p.m., check-out 10 a.m.
